Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park is looking for F&B Attendants to join our dynamic team! Located just minutes from Macquarie Park Metro station, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a F&B Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in bar and barista service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
