About the role You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home. Critical responsibilities: Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests Warmly welcome & serve our guests Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery Use of POS system Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
