Our restaurant and bar, Platform 270, is the bustling heart of our hotel. Known for its modern cuisine, creative cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Platform 270 caters to a diverse clientele, from relaxed diners to business professionals. Whether it’s a casual meal, a professional meeting, or a client gathering, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Food & Beverage professional to join our breakfast team in a part-time capacity (4 shifts per week). If you’re enthusiastic and ready to make every guest’s experience extraordinary, we’d love to hear from you! We’re seeking someone who embodies our HILTON values and brings:

• A positive and energetic work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to start your shift from 5.45am.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Cash handling and electronic ordering systems experience.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate).
• Full availability and Australian working rights.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will have a visible passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service! Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Taking, processing, and delivering guest orders promptly and professionally.
• Be an all-rounder! You’ll work across different areas, including barista duties, bartending, and hosting.
• Master the menu, including all promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain clean and tidy service and work areas.
• Handle and deliver in-room dining orders with care.
• Accurately process customer payments.
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful recommendations.
