This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and loves creating genuine guest connections. This role requires availability across Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. What you’ll do Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest Provide friendly, efficient table service and deliver food and beverages to a high standard Recommend menu items, beverages, and daily specials with genuine enthusiasm Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of your work area Assist with set-up and pack-down of dining and event spaces Process cash and credit transactions accurately Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards What we need from you Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Confidence in delivering service independently while working as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to high presentation and service standards Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)(WA) certification Evidence of completing a food safety course Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, plus flexibility across a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Legal right to work in Australia Why join us?
