Kimberley Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Food & Beverage Attendants/All Rounder (2 casual positions available).
Our venue is located in Halls Creek, WA consists of an 80-room hotel with a la carte restaurant, 3 bars (sports, cocktail & saloon) and bistro dining alongside a 100 Single person quarter camp and associated catering arrangement with a local resource company. Most of the up to 50 staff also live on-site and this is the only pub in the town of over 1,500 residents plus a seasonal tourist trade. Make no mistake, this is a very busy hotel and fun place to live, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.

· Setting and arranging tables
· Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
· Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
· Serving food and beverages
· Opening bottles and pouring beverages
· Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
· Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
· Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
· Can work in other departments is preferable (housekeeping, kitchenhand, reception etc)
· Ability to work well within a team environment or autonomously as required
· Ability to be flexible with shifts, including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required
