As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Level I - Some prior experience in food service preferred (fast food, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Have or obtain Washington State Food Workers Card
• Have or obtain Current Class 12 Mixologist permit (Level II Attendants only).
• Have or obtain Bartender Training and/or 6-months previous bartender experience (Level II Attendants only)

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Act as a cashier for Beverage Servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and food service area at all times.
• Clean assigned service area and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Relay all guest complaints / compliments to supervisor; promotes positive public relations.
• Make accurate changes to customers for payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within the area of responsibility.
