We are seeking a passionate and professional Fine Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a 4/5-star hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

As a Fine Dining Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will provide attentive, professional, and personalised service, ensuring that every aspect of the dining journey reflects the standards of Lough Rynn Castle.

• Deliver high-quality service in line with fine dining standards.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the restaurant for service.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine, and pairings.
• Ensure a seamless dining experience through attention to detail and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to uphold service excellence
