Job Description
We are currently seeking Part time Food & Beverage Attendants, with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks, this role has plenty of variety.
You’ll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):

  • Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;
  • Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures;
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station whist on shift and
  • Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;
  • Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Passion for customer service and
  • Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable.
