Job Description Your general duties will include: Assisting the F&B supervisors and Manager with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant, banquets, bar and room service. Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests. Maintaining high service standards Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment. Ensure a product of high quality and presentation. Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following qualities: Previous experience in a similar environment Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Strong attention to detail. Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise. Strong cashiering and cash handling skills. Must hold a valid RSA.
