Position Title: Winter Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant Reports to: Floor Supervisor / Restaurant Manager / Event Coordinator Wage: $19.50/ph Position: Seasonal Contract October – Early April / Hourly Position Position Overview: The Winter Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant is a key member of the front-of-house team providing exceptional guest service in one of our many food and beverage outlets. This role focuses on serving guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas and supporting event setup and service when needed. Ideal candidates are friendly, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with occasional event duties. Experience and Requirements: * Minimum 12 months experience as a food & beverage attendant, server or in customer service. * Experience working in events or special functions is an asset. * Must be at least 19 years of age. * Valid Serving It Right Certificate required. * Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. * Comfortable working in busy, dynamic dining environments with changing priorities. * Previous seasonal or ski resort experience is an asset. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: * Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in multiple F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and concessions. * Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. * Clear, buss and reset tables to maintain cleanliness and flow throughout service. * Maintain dining areas by refilling supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils. * Assist with setup and breakdown for special events and private functions when required. * Support Event Service teams with food and beverage delivery and guest assistance. * Operate point of sale systems as needed. * Maintain strict adherence to Serving It Right and safety standards. * Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience. Working Conditions: * Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays. * Ability to stand, walk and move quickly for extended periods. * Able to lift and carry items up to 25lbs including trays and boxes. * Work is fast-paced and physically demanding with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions. Additional Skills: * Friendly, approachable and service-oriented attitude. * Strong team player with good communication skills. * Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods. * Dependable, punctual and eager to contribute. * Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. * Familiarity with Canadian hospitality culture and event service a plus.
Responsibilities
