FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT (THOR) Location: Roanoke (THOR), TX, 76262 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in Roanoke, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and timely delivery of food and beverages. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and answering questions about food and beverage offerings. * Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. * Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. * Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as needed. * Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
