Mello House - the last piece of the puzzle within The State Buildings. Housing leaders of industry - COMO The Treasury, Wildflower, POST, Long Chim, Petition Kitchen, Wine Merchant and Beer Corner.

Mello House - an invitation-only social and cultural Club for creatively minded individuals to connect, learn, and be inspired. Mello House provides a sanctuary for Members to treat as their own, delivering an engaging blend of home, hospitality and office.

About the role

Mello House seeks for an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable floor staff to join their team. They will be an industry professional with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service. This role will be offered on either a Casual or Part-Time basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to deliver seamless food and beverage service
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer-focused service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (primarily mornings)
• Current RSA and Food Safety certification required
• Knowledge of coffee, with a basic understanding of bar service and wines
• Previous experience as a floor waiter in a restaurant setting
