Job Description We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage attendants that can work across multiple hotel outlets (In room dining, Conference & Events, Pool Bar and Restaurant Service). Regardless of your location, you will take patrons on a journey, providing the highest of service standards at all times. Some of your core tasks will involve: Welcome and engage guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression. Deliver exceptional service by following established service standards while adding your personal touch and industry expertise to each guest interaction. Enhance the dining experience by offering thoughtful, personalised food and beverage recommendations across restaurant outlets and events. Maintain strong product knowledge of all menu items and beverage selections to confidently assist guests and support team efficiency.
