Job Description Providing food and beverage service to guests in our restaurants, bar and conference spaces Knowing the menu, ensuring we meet special dietary needs or preferences, and making recommendations and suggestions Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained Maintaining clean and safe workspaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed What we are looking for Great communication skills & presentation and for F&B Attendants, confidence to engage with guests A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne area Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Experience in a food and beverage venue is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest experiences is what will really make you stand out! Qualifications The availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings (from 6am), late evenings (up to 11pm) and on weekends and public holidays Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications (or prepared to obtain) Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be an advantage, however not mandatory You must have current working rights in Australia.
