Your Role & Responsibilities Lead with purpose — plan, organize, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed goals in service, quality, and profitability. Ensure every guest experience shines through attentive, friendly, and genuine hospitality. Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Oversee and optimize cost controls, cash handling, and financial reporting. Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team that shares your passion for excellence. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism across all food and beverage operations. Requirements What You Bring to the Table Minimum age of 21 years. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging diverse guests and staff. At least 3 years of leadership experience in food & beverage management or operations. Excellent financial acumen and POS system proficiency. Physical stamina — ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude, adaptability, and hands-on leadership style. Current ServSafe Certification required.
