POSITION SUMMARY

The Food and Beverage Director will lead, innovate, and elevate the food and beverage operation at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This position will lead a food and beverage team, ensure the highest quality of service and presentation, promote a unique and fun guest experience, and achieve financial performance targets.

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? HERE ARE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage management of a large entity serving small and large events.
  • Proven experience with menu development and food preparation, inventory budgeting and vendor management.
  • Proven experience with health, safety and sanitation standards and other food and beverage legal requirements.
  • Experience leading a food and beverage team that includes chefs and kitchen staff, servers and bartenders.
  • An understanding of the game of professional football is preferred.
