Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to oversee operations of our Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where you’ll drive service standards, support your team on the floor, and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience. What you’ll be doing: Leading restaurant and bar operations during shifts Supporting and coaching team members Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently Managing RSA compliance, food safety and WHS standards Assisting with stock control, cost management and daily reporting Opening and closing the outlet Qualifications About you: Minimum 2 years’ F&B leadership experience Current RSA (Approved Manager highly regarded) Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails Confident managing busy service periods Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for the hospitality industry and a track record of successful outlet management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
