We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Head Host/Duty Manager to join our teams at Zanzibar and Beckett Locke’s in Dublin. We are recruiting a role for each property.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the catering and hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related field

Responsibilities

THE ROLE.

Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?
As the lynchpin of the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the F&B Hosts and reporting to the F&B Manager you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spaces

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
  • Manage a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
