We’re on the hunt for a Duty Manager & Section waiter who brings energy, personality, and solid hospitality skills to the floor.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on service role where you’ll be looking after guests from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave (ideally already planning their next visit). You’ll be part of a tight team, working across service, hosting, and keeping the energy just right.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm, relaxed, and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver table service
• Provide menu guidance (pizza, snacks, drinks) in a natural, engaging way
• Manage sections during service, ensuring smooth flow of tables
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive environment
