We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Section Waiters or independent attendants for In-Room Dining. Key Responsibilities * Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining * Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. * Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times. * Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally. * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere. * Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar or room service) is a plus - but we’re happy to train the right people! * Current NSW RSA certification. * Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. * A genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
