JOB SUMMARY:

The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the F&B department with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient communication between departments, coordinating F&B events or services, maintaining documentation, and providing exceptional support to the team and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the F&B Manager and department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate F&B activities, including events, banquets, restaurant promotions, and private dining requests.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, kitchen, and service teams to ensure all F&B requirements are met accurately and on time.
  • Assist in creating menus, proposals, contracts, and function sheets for events and banquets.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support the sales team in following up with clients and ensuring proper event execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for F&B operations, including invoices, purchase orders, event summaries, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams for event setup and teardown.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance regarding F&B offerings and event planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within all F&B operations.
