No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as a Team Leader you will be responsible for: The delivery of exceptional hospitality The delivery of product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hosts Contributing to the positive financial performance of Food and Beverage sales Training, evaluation, and mentoring of your team to ensure high quality and consistent performance Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellar management. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, providing product knowledge and standards training to hosts, and contributing positively to Food and Beverage sales performance. The role also involves training, evaluating, and mentoring the team to ensure consistent high quality.
