Delaware North Australia is now hiring both Full Time and Casual Food & Beverage Team Leaders & Supervisors to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. With roles across Banquets, Bars and Restaurants, we are looking for a diverse range of hospitality professionals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What you will do?:
- Day-to-day running of food & beverage outlets
- Assist in the management of staff including training and rostering
- Monitoring stock and assisting with monthly stocktake
- Complaint resolution and monitoring guest feedback
- Ensuring OH&S and Food Safety standards are upheld
More about you:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in fast paced environments
- Exposure to staff training and rostering
- Knowledge of HACCP requirements
- Must hold RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates
