Food And Beverage Manager Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our foodservice operations. You will manage all service staff and ensure smooth daily service to our guests. This includes scheduling adequate staff for each shift, ordering supplies for each service period, and working with the event planning team to create enjoyable events for customers. You must have at least five years of experience in food and beverage service and familiarity with governmental food handling regulations.

• Check food and beverage inventory and order more stock when necessary
• Manage staff schedules
• Create staff training sessions
• Monitor food service to ensure efficient service during events

Food And Beverage Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (not required)
• 5+ years of experience in the food industry, including roles managing staff
• Familiar with food service regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High end Restaurant and Bar Experience
