The sky is your limit Pay Rate Range: $80,000-85,000 USD Gross per year Job Description What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained Strategize on new products and service offerings Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property Qualifications Your experience and skills include: University/College Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience required. Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required (minimum 3 years) Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Knowledge of local food and beverage market is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
