As F&B Manager you will responsible to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel.
Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian

• Having at least 2 years experience in luxury hotel operations in the same position.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
