Applicant must be willing to work long ours during the Waterpark Season - including nights, weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day). Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department. This includes managing the food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
