POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale dining facilities within a prestigious country club. This role requires a strategic leader with a sharp eye for cost control, exceptional service standards, and the ability to manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess strong financial acumen, particularly in managing food, beverage, and labor costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a private club or luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of cost control in food, beverage, and labor.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and banquet services.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
