POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a private club or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of cost control in food, beverage, and labor.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
