EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Background in hospitality with an understanding of guest service excellence.
  • Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations is essential.
