The Diamond Jo is looking for a professional Food & Beverage Manager to be responsible for the daily operations of all food outlets and delivering an excellent guest experience.
The successful candidate will have fine dining steak house experience and must be knowledgeable about wine. They will oversee the front of house operations as well as ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, procedures and all Federal, State, and local liquor, health and safety regulations. They will also have experience in personnel-related matters, assisting the department head with achieving budget goals and objectives, and managing financial matters of assigned outlets.
