THE ROLE The Food & Beverage Director is the driving force behind all dining and event operations, from elegant club restaurants to lively banquets and unforgettable special events. You’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership to ensure flawless execution, financial success, and an atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more. Schedule: Full-time Salaried Exempt, Tuesday through Saturday. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of managers, chefs, and service staff while fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality. * Deliver Memorable Experiences: Oversee restaurants, catering, and large-scale events, ensuring top-tier food, beverage, and service quality every day. * Strategize & Optimize: Create and manage budgets, control costs, and implement smart purchasing and inventory practices. * Elevate Standards: Uphold impeccable cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all kitchens, dining rooms, and banquet spaces. * Collaborate & Create: Work closely with members and department leaders to plan special events and seasonal menus that surprise and delight. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven leadership in food & beverage management—country club or upscale resort experience is a plus. * Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills. * Ability to stay cool under pressure and inspire a positive team spirit. * Culinary certification or hospitality degree preferred. * Familiarity with Jonas POS/accounting software is a bonus.
