OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As F&B Manager, you are an integral part of the Food & Beverage management team to ensure the smooth running of the business and delivery of the highest possible standards of service and guest experience.
You will:
· Live and breathe our philosophy at all times.

· Assist the Management team: F&B in the delivery of training across all areas of the business, ensuring a diligent approach to induction and learning & development targets.
· Be hands on and lead from the front.
· Exemplary communication with your team is imperative to ensure excellent standards, smooth service and high team morale. This can only be achieved by working alongside the team on shift, leading by example
RESPONSIBILITIES
· This role requires a sharp emotional intelligence, you must be capable of anticipating guests’ needs and always wants, going that extra mile to exude truly exceptional service.
· This emotional intelligence is extended to your team also, you must be acutely aware of their needs, offering support in all areas ranging from training to pastoral care. You should carefully communicate your concerns/observations of each team member to the GM to ensure holistic care of our team in every aspect.
· Attend all scheduled shifts in a timely manner, a conscientious approach to timekeeping is required to ensure the smooth running of each service, and in consideration for all colleagues.
· Each shift should be fulfilled with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to be at work, providing a positive working environment for the team and a warm welcome for guests. You must lead by example, setting the tone for your team on each working day.
· Fulfil all training requirements, providing a knowledgeable enthusiasm for all products across both food and beverage. Recommend and upsell products to drive spend per head.
· Attend/host daily staff briefings, paying close attention to direction from shift manager with regards to service notes, specials and upsell targets.
· Take pride in the environment and building, a keen eye for detail is required to ensure a well-cared for environment throughout, from bin stores, to staff rooms, wine stores to restaurant floor.
· Liaise positively and professionally with our client at all times, attending client meetings as required and providing insight, feedback and solutions to constantly evolve the offer, improve standards and build an amazing team culture.
Hours: Permanent Contract (40 hours per week)
