OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our food service operations. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, restaurant operations, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in training & development of staff to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Coordinate catering services and banquet events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to maintain an efficient workforce.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
