Description

An upscale luxury hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the restaurant, bar, room service and afternoon tea for their assigned shift.
Responsible for coordinating daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, quality service, and adherence to brand and Forbes standards.
Direct-Hire, Full-Time Permanent position
Shift: Some varied shifts, to be determined during interview

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must stand for 90% of the shift.
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service techniques.
  • Math proficiency (including percentages).
  • Clear communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of food & beverage and supervisory/management experience.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain required licenses).
