About the Role

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, reports to our Director of Food and Beverage and partners closely with the Food and Beverage Management team. This role oversees and manages the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and event services, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional guest service, and adherence to quality and Hyatt brand standards. It plays a key role in optimising revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence across all Food and Beverage operations.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Oversee the service aspects of hotel events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.

- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet or exceed guest expectations in terms of quality, presentation, and service.

- Drive the achievement of monthly F&B; revenue targets through effective promotional activities and strategies to increase covers and average checks.

- Supervise and ensure the smooth operations of all food and beverage outlets
