ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our longstanding client is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large team delivering service execellence at significant scale. The ideal candidate will have multiple years experience in the successful execution of events catering for 1000+ guests whilst also understanding the subtle and refined elements of more intemate, fine dining service.

About the role:

• - Manage all F&B; and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards across all venues and events for up to an average of 1800 guests per day across multiple spaces
