Food & Beverage Manager – Premium Corporate Hospitality

Sydney CBD | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a premium corporate hospitality operation in the Sydney CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader from fine dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants looking to retain the standards, food, wine and service they love – with the benefit of a Monday-to-Friday roster and no weekends.

The Role

You'll oversee a diverse F&B; operation across executive dining, boardrooms, meeting spaces and corporate events, leading an established hospitality team and ensuring consistently high standards of service.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational capability, attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily F&B; operations across executive dining, meetings and events

- Manage multiple functions and service requirements simultaneously

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team

- Maintain exceptional service, presentation and guest experience standards

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

- Manage rostering, labour costs, purchasing and stock control

- Oversee beverage and cellar management

- Maintain compliance across RSA, food safety and WH
