About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at NOAHS on the beach in Newcastle.

This is a full-time position based on-site at our beachside location.

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and profitability.

This role is central to maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving the success of our dining and hospitality offerings.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all food and beverage operations, including kitchen, bar, and dining areas, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to company standards

Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding guest experiences

Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory management, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability whilst maintaining quality standards

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining all necessary certifications and documentation
