We’re looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s restaurants and banquet services. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring outstanding food quality, efficient operations, and a memorable guest experience.
· Lead daily operations of hotel restaurants, ensuring top-notch food quality and exceptional guest service.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to plan menus, oversee food quality, and maintain presentation standards.
· Manage the cleaning, maintenance, and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
· Handle customer feedback, resolve service complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
· Control food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to maximize profitability.
· Assist in budgeting, marketing strategies, and promotional activities for F&B operations.
· Supervise and motivate staff, conduct performance evaluations, and develop training programs.
· Oversee the management of banquet china, cutlery, glassware, and equipment, including inventory control.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and sanitation.
· Support special event planning and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful operations.
· Provide cross-functional coverage and support for other F&B outlets and banquet operations as needed.
