REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience in bartending or culinary arts is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
