Job Description Oversee and influence the service and culture of our dining operations. As a passionate, creative and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team. Operations Management Support daily operations of all food and beverage outlets across the resort (Clay, Great Porch, Dew Bar, IRD) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely ordering Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all F&B departments Team Leadership Oversight of F&B service team members Provide ongoing coaching and development in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage while managing labor costs Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence Resolve employee conflicts and address performance issues promptly Guest Experience Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded Handle guest feedback professionally, effectively, and timely Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and direct interaction Develop strategies to enhance the overall dining experience Pay Rate: $65,000/year Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in upscale resorts, boutique hotels, or farm-to-table establishments Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with F&B applications (Lightspeed, Resy) Serv-Safe certification (or ability to obtain) Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
