Job Description Oversee and influence the service and culture of our dining operations. As a passionate, creative and energetic leader, ensure an excellent guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards and motivating and guiding members of the team. Key responsibilities include : Plan and execute all aspects of service delivery and oversee day-to-day operations. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, by providing the team with ongoing training, coaching and guidance. Monitor and assess quality, service and guest satisfaction trends and make adjustments accordingly. Initiate and implement marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to promote satisfaction and maximize overall revenue. Maintain and champion the Auberge Collection culture. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue. Supervise daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service operations, maintaining quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, weddings, and special events hosted at the estate. Collaborate with event planners and clients to create customized F&B packages. Work closely with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that align with the estate's standards and guest expectations. Regularly review and update menus to reflect seasonal offerings and culinary trends. Recruit, train, and supervise F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training as needed. Monitor and control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management and cost analysis. Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards. Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in F&B management & operations. Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams. Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail. Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis. Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, culinary techniques, and menu planning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B management software.
