Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This role is to manage the day to day in a customer facing food and beverage service role. In a small unit it involved food preparation, plating skills and customer service/communication. You should also be a strong leader who ensures that the core values are being represented, embraced and the experience is being replicated. A manager is expected to understand all areas of the Kitchen and Rum stop, be available to support and organise a team, handle orders and ensure stock control and maintenance while simultaneously delivering the core Natty’s experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in Natty’s Kitchen and Rum Stop
  • Ensure core values, company culture and company standards are being honoured.
  • Lead customer service, manage shifts, and support the team.
  • Handle stock control, stock ordering from the company hub, and compliance (health & safety, licensing).
  • Act as a confident decision-maker in the absence of head office.
  • Act with support and in communication with the head office.
