Delaware North is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the New Orleans airport in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations for all assigned food and beverage outlets. Other responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, mentoring staff, ensuring an excellent guest experience, performing monthly inventories as well as other various duties. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. • Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
