We’re on the hunt for a driven, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who’s passionate about curating unforgettable guest experiences and leading high-performing teams. This is your chance to take the helm of Coco’s Kitchen + Bar—our signature dining destination known for its dedication to culinary excellence and stylish ambiance—as well as our multi-faceted conferencing and events operation.
You’ll oversee every aspect of the food and beverage offering, from restaurant and bar service to room service and event delivery. With a strong focus on team empowerment, service consistency, and strategic planning, you’ll elevate guest satisfaction while meeting performance goals across revenue, quality, and experience.
