From managing day-to-day operations to driving profitability and leading a high-performing team, this role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with brand and company standards. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire restaurant and banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure operational excellence and career growth Oversee daily operations including food preparation, service, and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health codes, and brand guidelines Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dining spaces Support banquet and event setup, service, and breakdown Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s service standards and values Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to drive profitability Forecast business needs and manage supply requisitions to maintain operational readiness Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local laws Ensure safe use and maintenance of equipment and facilities Serve as a visible leader and role model across all areas of the property Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership with a hands on, guest focused approach Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Commitment to training and developing team members Education & Experience High school graduate or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of food and beverage leadership experience Licenses & Certifications ServSafe Certification TIPS or equivalent Any requirements unique to local and state regulations required Brand standards and/or additional training required.
