For SHOT London, a project under Morao & Capital, we are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations of the coffee shop, support team performance, and maintain strong service and operational standards.

Role DescriptionThe Food & Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, Lebanon, with a 2-year commitment, dedicated to the SHOT London project under Morao & Capital.The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food and beverage operations of SHOT London, ensuring efficient service, strong team coordination, consistent quality, and a positive guest experience.

• Key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily food and beverage operations.
• Managing staff schedules and shift planning.
• Supervising service teams and coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar.
• Ensuring consistent service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitoring inventory, stock levels, supplies, and operational requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining clear operational procedures.
• Handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Monitoring sales performance and supporting revenue growth.
• Supporting menu planning, pricing, and product performance reviews.
• Managing food and beverage costs and supporting profitability targets.
• Coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Maintaining strong communication between front-of-house, kitchen, bar, and management.
• Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
• Supporting management with reporting, performance reviews, and continuous operational improvement.
• Building a professional, accountable, and service-focused team culture.

• QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a restaurant, café, hospitality, or similar environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food service operations, quality control, and health and safety standards.
• Experience managing restaurant, café, bar, or similar food and beverage operations.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Experience handling guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and manage team members.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and operational profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to organize schedules, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability across the team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor sales and operational performance.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is highly valued.
• Relevant education in hospitality management, business, or a related field is considered an advantage.
