EXPERIENCE
Person Specification (Who We’re Looking For):
This role is working full-time 40 hours per week on a varying rota, fully based on site at our venue. This role calls for an individual who’s flexible and available to work across a mix of weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts, as flexibility is paramount for this role, particularly during our peak wedding season which runs April to Sept/October, when events are especially more frequently on weekends. While you won’t always be scheduled to work every weekend or both days each weekend, rotas will reflect the needs of our events bookings and are normally planned a month in advance where possible. During our quieter months October/November to March, weekend shifts are generally less frequent, offering a more balanced schedule.
