OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front of house team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of front of house and bar management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding and demonstrable experience supervising a bar
  • Personal Licence holder is desirable, but not required
  • First Aid trained is is desirable, but not required
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • To take a proactive and hands-on approach, taking direction from Wedding and Events Managers (WEMs), waiting on tables, and working behind the bar
  • Working with Wedding and Events Managers to supervise all aspects of the food and beverage department, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas.
  • Ensure set up and preparation for events is carried out and that event staff are adequately briefed
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting to management as appropriate
  • Maintaining high standards at all times, aiming to deliver the best customer experience
