Do you have what it takes to manage one of Galways best and busiest restaurants? The Pins GastroBar is where it’s at and if you enjoy the rush of busy, excellent service, then this may be for you. The Twelve also has a pizza dozzina to go, and the acclaimed Blackthorn Restaurant as well as private dining.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, be a self starter, dynamic and very well presented with excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent bar knowledge a requirement.
Leading a team of up to twenty waiters, bartenders, managers and assistant managers, the F&B assistant manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurants and food and bev retail. You will need to be entirely hands on and with a great eye for detail and you must have the ability to ensure SOPs for service are adhered to. You will report to the DGM / GM. This is a big role with a lot of responsibility.
