    The National Gallery of AUstrlaia is a prestigious institution, with a strong onsite team operating corporate hospitality, functions and events, a public café etc. TWG are seeking a suitably experienced Food and Beverage Manager to operate in this extremely fast paced and dynamic environment. It is desirable to have experience within the events or hospitality sector and flexibility to support various aspects of the business including event management, retail services and governance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all financial and operational services onsite
  • Staff development and site execution
  • Maintaining all compliance, food safety, licencing and safety regulations
  • Achieving KPI and operational targets set by the business
  • Daily coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and clients
